  • HOW DO I SIGN IN TO YOUR GUEST PORTAL?

    To sign in, click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of our site, or scroll down to the footer where you will see "Guest Sign In" under the "Travel" menu. Once you are there, use the email address that we have been contacting you with to create a password. You can also use a Gmail account to sign in.  If you are having difficulty signing in, please feel free to contact info@ghydaventures.com. You can also sign in here.

  • DO WE NEED TO EXCHANGE MONEY AND HOW MUCH SHOULD WE BRING?

    Panama and Costa Rica both accept the U.S. dollar so you do not need to exchange money. We suggest that you bring $500-$1000 per person depending on what you are planning to do.


    Please note: If you pay with USD in Costa Rica you will receive change in the Costa Rican Colon.

  • IS THERE WIFI?

    Yes, there is complimentary WiFi at your villa. Your concierge will help you connect to it when you arrive.

  • WHAT KIND OF COFFEE MAKER IS AT THE VILLA?

    There is a standard coffee maker at the villa – like Mr. Coffee brand. You will need to purchase ground coffee.

  • ARE THERE TOWELS?

    Yes, we have beach and bath towels for everyone in your party.

  • SHOULD I GET AN INTERNATIONAL PHONE PLAN FOR THE TRIP?

    We suggest that you download WhatsApp on your phone. This is the preferred method of communication for our concierge team. The app uses WiFi and data so you won't be charged for international minutes.
