- Up to 8 guests are allowed to stay in this villa
- You may add up to two extra guests for an additional fee – please contact us to inquire about additional guests
- QUIET HOURS
- Please be courteous of your neighbors after 10:00 pm since all of our villas are located within private communities
- UNVERIFIED GUESTS
- All guests must be verified with Ghyd prior to travel
- There is absolutely ZERO tolerance for any person on the property that is not listed on the reservation
- Subject to $2,500 fine
- PARTY & EVENT POLICY
- No parties, events, or third-party vendors on the property
- PET POLICY
- Please do not bring any animals on the property or inside the villa
- SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking is not permitted on the property
- Subject to $500 fine
- HOW TO USE OUR WIFI
- Enjoy our complimentary WiFi – one of our travel experts will reach out prior to your travel to make sure you have the proper login information.

- PARKING POLICY
- Parking is available in the driveway and on the street
- SECURITY RULES
- Prior to travel, you will need to provide us with a list of all guests that will be staying with you
- COMMUNICATION
- Your personal concierge is available 24/7 – we will provide you with contact information prior to your vacation. We can also be reached at 1.833.GHYDADV any time.
- TOILETRIES & LINENS
- Please do not use linens for makeup removal
- Upon check-out, please leave used linens on your bathroom floor
- Beds do not need to be stripped
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Any damage to the property is subject to a $150 fee per person
- AIR CONDITIONING
- Since all of our villas are eco-friendly, the air conditioning is set to ECONAVI mode. It can detect movement so we can save energy. If you feel comfortable with the inside temperature, we recommend not changing it. If you do change it, set it to low energy mode so when you leave, the villa will still conserve energy. Thank you!
